「Had a nice stay here over the weekend! The staff is very friendly and quickly accommodating to any needs. The lodge is tucked away in a quiet, but not too secluded spot, so it’s very easy to find, yet is in a safe area & away from any busy traffic. The highway is just up the road, but the road noise gets muffled a bit by the forest between - very nice! I’ll stay here again for sure if I’m in the area.」

「I need to travel to grass Valley for two months for my nursing program. I found this hotel and decided to book it based on the price and was not expecting much because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised! The unit is very big. When you first walk in, you have a bathroom area to the left and then a fridge and microwave on the right and then you walk down a few stairs into the actual room which is a very large space. It doesn’t come with a lot of extras, but it was definitely worth the price...

「It’s great when you can support an independent motel instead of the big chains. We enjoyed a clean comfortable shower and sleep in a comfortable very well kept little motel. The a/c was wonderful, cool, with a steady sound that never awakened me the way the ones at too many other hotels have on our cross country trip. 」
