「The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.」

「Super nice and clean very close to the airport」

「My husband and I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. We stayed for just one night but were very satisfied with our room and the amenities the hotel had to offer. The onsite restaurant and buffet were extremely convenient and satisfying. The young lady that assisted us with check in was very polite and accommodating. The hotel is our first choice from here on out when we need a place to stay in Phoenix.」
