The manager Nikki Higgins is an absolute gem! She knew how to troubleshoot and was empathetic. Patrick Hamilton the concierge made me feel very welcomed. Great personality and deserves a raise. "

"Beautiful resort, well kept grounds, friendly staff, room was spacious and well appointed, many activities to participate in - tie dye, escape room, table tennis, bingo. Near the arrival flight path of PSP but planes were so quiet it did not disrupt our stay at all. Taco Tuesdays food was excellent. Many good restaurants close by. Pool is a little small for the number of people using it. Would definitely return and would recommend for a group with varied ages."

At checkout, they threaten you with fines for every half hour you check out after 11am. Many options in PS, we won’t be back. "
