「The suite is very nice, with a full kitchen, living, dining and sleeping areas. The outdoor carpet on the balcony could use some cleaning. There is food and drinks available near the pool from 9am to 5pm, but I wish they offered coffee somewhere on the property.」

「連住3晚(分開訂單),CHECK IN 時旅館說只收到2晚訂單,確認了很久才搞定! WIFI 連線很不穩定, 很慢, 房價都一樣,但靠泳池邊的房間顯然比其他房間來得好, 視野也差很多, 早餐供應時間只到9AM. 有點太早結束, 泳池及SPA池開到00:00AM.還不錯! 房間地板的地毯清潔有待加強, 不斷發現前房客掉落的巧克力碎片!」

「A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!」

「I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!」

「This is a gorgeous property with so much more room than you will ever find in downtown Palm Springs. It was completely luxurious, best equipped kitchen we've found -- hand mixer, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils. We adored our stay!」
