"Pros - Clean rooms, fun pool and hot tub, kids liked youtube option on tv, comfy beds, easy free parking Cons - breakfast selection underwhelming, not enough lights in room, questionable people roaming parking lot in evening "

"Paid $500+/night to stay here in March.. and although the property overall was cute, lots of issues that shouldn't exist with a rate like this. Our first room smelled horrible, very musty. There were large discolored stains running down the wall from the AC unit. The area rug in the main room obviously hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, it was covered in crumbs and grass and dirt. The floor in the bathroom had toothpaste on it, and there was a large clump of hair on the floor of the shower. The safe was locked closed as well. I asked for a different room which they did accomodate. The new room smelled much better and was substantially cleaner, however still not what I expected. The carpet was dirty in this room as well. The outlet cover on the wall was broken, and in this one the safe was locked open. We asked them to fix it so we could use it, and they came and locked it closed.. so we we still couldn't use. On the first day we wanted to lay by the pool and relax, however they were doing landscaping for well over an hour so our "relaxing" time was spent listening to super loud leaf blowers and other equipment. There was also a group at the pool that had a dog that barked like crazy every time someone jumped in the pool. Eventually the bartender asked them to take it away after it lunged at the waitress. The jets on the hot tub didn't work. They were "out" of every draft beer listed.. and even their selections of cans didn't match the menu."

"the place was clean accept we had to move rooms because of cockroaches. Acording to the managment since they're located in the desert that is common problem. "

"Rude staff. We were among several guests waiting to check in. Waited 3 hours. Pool had white chunks and food floating. Told staff but they were apathetic. My wife had to grab the pool skimmer herself and try to clean it. Water was still foggy. It grossed a lot of guests out. Trash cans were over flowing with trash. The wouldn’t refill even the water outside when it was over 100. There were cans all over the grounds that over three days were never picked up. We will NEVER return to this hotel. "
