ALLE sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer engagiert, kleinste Problemchen schnell zu beheben. 「I stay there 5 nights, I don’t think the quality of be 4 stars. The rooms are old & dusty. Unexpected a DIY shower show up in the hotel not the slum. The breakfast was disappointing, chaos buffet table, boiled egg from fridge, no choice other than the sweets. Rude waitress of the dinner restaurant let me lost the mood to enjoy the poor-quality dinner. Staff at reception are friendly & helpful, but overcharge of minibar was found on the bill. 「The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.」
