Staff were amazing, helping my friend to get to the hotel late at night from the airport when there was a general strike. They really went above and beyond. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Easy walking distance to metro and tram for the city centre.

A great stay, close to the airport. Area doesn’t have the best options for dinning however, a short drive into the city and the staff and cleanliness of the hotel made up for it.

The receptionist, Martina, was incredibly helpful and provided top-notch hospitality. Unfortunately, there was no AC, and it was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the tram track. Overall, we still considered it a good hotel given the conditions of the city of Naples.

If you need a convenient spot to stay for a night to catch an early flight from Naples this place is great. Clean, nice facility. However would not recommend as a place to stay if you're visiting Naples as the area is horrendous.

All we needed was a bed before an early flight and it gave us that. The staff was nice and helpful but the bed was hard, the towels were threadbare and there was no hot water. The wifi was also not working and the room itself was very noisy.

I think the hotel is wonderful. The staff was excellent. The rooms were noisy, you could hear everything and everyone in the halls and rooms... otherwise it was a good place, close to the tram, easy to train station and the puzzarue across the street was amazing.

The staff are super nice and kind, the facility looks nice, but the room smelled as if 10 people were smoking there. They put two air fresheners that we had to put outside because it was overwhelming. They gave us an outside room so if you book there make sure is not room 16, old, smelly and dingy. But you get what you pay for… again, the staff is great!

We arrived very late and the person at the reception desk was wonderful and kind. He was patient as we got settled. The next morning, we were helped again, the reception answered and questions we had. The breakfast was delicious. Bravo!! I lived this place. The room was great too!

We loved our stay at Buono Hotel. The courtyard is pretty and the steps up to the hotel are beautiful. Lorenzo was wonderful to greet us and make sure we were comfortable after our long trip to the hotel. Lorenzo also recommended a local pizza place and they had great pizza! The room was clean, shower great, and we had to leave early the next day so Lorenzo made sure we had a taxi and arranged for us to have the breakfast buffet earlier than it was scheduled so we could eat before we left. This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic service and a delicious breakfast.

Nice hotel

We stayed here during our whirlwind tour of Europe. This was a last-second stay because the place I had originally booked was in (what looked like) a seedy part of town. The room was small but comfortable. The elevator was very tiny and we had to make two trips to get our bags from the garage (free parking) to the room. The staff were friendly and we had no problems with our stay. It was difficult to get to due to all of the road construction in the area. We didn't get a chance to look around because we got there so late, but it looked like a nice area.

The hotel was clean and staff were lovely and friendly. It was on a major road so was quite noisy at times although once inside the hotel courtyard it was much diminished. Our room was well proportioned but the only window was too high up the wall to see through and faced out to the busy road and was adjacent to a tram stop. We know there are other rooms with better windows. Breakfast was continental style and plenty on offer. We didnt have any coffee or tea facilities in the room but you can order coffee via room service. Having the tram stop right outside was very convenient for getting into the heart of Naples quickly (10 min)
