「The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.」

「I was concerned about staying in Naples because 20 years ago I visited and didn't feel safe. But I can heartily recommend Il Convento. The location is parallel to Via Toledo, which is a busy shopping street, with a metro station just a few minutes from the hotel. It is safe (if you can avoid the psycho scooter drivers that are everywhere in Naples) and convenient for most things in the historic centre. The room was well equipped. We did not utilize the pool or spa and spent our days seeing the ruins of Herculaneum, Oplontis, Villa San Marco, and Villa San Ariana. Wee hadd seen Pompeii before. We also travelled to Naples and saw the docks, saw the Duomo, and saw the amazing MANN (MUSEO ARCHEALOGICA NATIONALE NAPLES`0.」
