As Aberdonians we can be very critical of our own city 🙁 and the Market Street area is currently rundown and has a few unsavoury characters! However that said, Aberdeen is still good for a night out as there is a great range of restaurants and bars

Aberdeen is going through improvements at the moment, it's not the best but it's going to get better. The restaurant, cafe and bar scene is good and benefits from a few new wine bars, Monty's is especially nice to visit, good food and plenty of wine

We were in town going for food and attending the Music hall which was a beautiful entertaining experience. travelling from Peterhead, as buses are shocking and cant be certain of them turning up let alone the fact the "late" bus is 10.45!

We were back visiting after moving from Aberdeen a few months before. Aberdeen isn't perfect, but we love how there is still a ton to see and do without all the crowds and prices of Edinburgh.
