Great location, very close to Aberdeen city centre. The on-site free parking is very convenient. However there were a few issues with the property that made our stay not quite enjoyable.
We stayed in apt 5. The shower doesn’t heat up enough (I goes hardly warm)
The TV is a hit and miss - sometimes it’d work fine, sometimes it’d keep losing reception saying “no areal transmission”
There were plates and mugs in the kitchen that clearly had not been washed - it looked like someone had just washed them with water, but no detergent.
You can’t seat on one of the couches because the back of it sinks into the bottom.
And lastly, not that it’s the property’s fault, but the level of noise at night was very high. From people running up and down the stairs and slamming doors to people pushing the inter phone buttons from outside.
Overall, the apt is spacious enough for a family of four, it just needs some attention in those areas mentioned above.
