「The roommates is modern, clean and comfortable. The issue was the loud noises from above the ceiling, probably heating/water system. This happened at 11pm and 2am, which woke me. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. Dinner and breakfast were nice. 」

「Room was a disabled room should not be allocated to people who have not requested it. Toilet was like in a hospital and had a strong very off putting smell Was allocated as many rooms in the hotel were out of access due to problems. Could not provide an alternative room. Hotel should have contacted us to give a chance to decline a room like this we would not take. It is quite incredible they would expect you to be ok with this when you are looking for a pleasant stay. Poor sound proofing also...

「At check-in, I was advised that the bar & Resturant were both closed, the hotel is operating on room only, service users were council tenants, with several congregating in corridors, strong smell on the premises.」

「Nice cosy room, soft mattress which is my preference. Rom was small but perfect. Had everything i needed. Have stayed a few times so will def be back. Excellent cocktails in the bar!」
