The hotel was in an ideal location, easy to walk to from the train station and in the right position for all amenities for shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all essential items needed. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink and there’s Tesco extra close by if you have forgotten anything. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This apartment was more than we needed for our 1 night stay but very appreciated. It was clean and had all the amenities. The vegan bakery down the street was amazing. Centrally located, we walked to the beach, to parks and restaurants.

Lovely little area of Aberdeen, easy access to local shops and restaurants. Taxi service was very convenient. On our last night we had people banging on our door at 3 AM but other than that it was fabulous. We would stay again

Uninviting outside belies the nice, quiet rooms.

Slightly weird entrance that did not inspire confidence but the inside was really nice, especially my room. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.

We have stayed in this location on several occasions. The serviced suites are to be recommended & we usually try to stay in the same one. The location is excellent - central & close to some of the historic architecture in the city. On previous reviews I have mentioned the state of the windows - those overlooking Union Street are absolutely filthy outside. Clean them please!!!!!

Good stay

Best room I've had in Aberdeen (not saying a lot). Spacious, and the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. Very central, walking distance to anywhere. But the building is old and squeeky, and you could hear the neigbours walking and closing doors. Also, every time a bus or large vehicle passed by on the street, the floor was literally vibrating. I missed light curtains, I wanted to block view without blocking all the light. Also wish there had been a do-not-disturb-sign to hang on the door.

Enjoyed our stay, was nice to get away for a break. Did find someone’s perfume and clothes label in the room. The sponge we received for cleaning our dishes had already been used by someone. Considering the price for a night which I’d say is a little high you’d think every apartment would have new sponges for new residents. Considering all of this I would return to the apartments as this isn’t my first time staying with yourselves and I do love the apartments. Staff are a bonus as they were all very polite and kind.

Comfortable but dated, the serviced apartments have just enough for your stay. To enter you need to call the reception to open the nondescript and fairly poorly signed black door, which was difficult to find. Location is convenient for exploration, but being directly above BrewDog and across from the casino, I found the rowdy crowd below frequently very noisy around 3am.

The website photographs were nothing like the room we had. Rankef excellent, The room was tired, worn, and not nice. The windows were very drafty and the room was noisy all through the night til 5 in the morning. The shower door was of its hinges, the handle hanging off, and the shower tray had a full crack in ir the room needed total refurbishing.
