The room I was in was as hot as hell, there was a fan in it but the windows didn’t open and it was very hard to sleep. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the wallpaper was torn in places. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff did try to help, I don’t know what amenities there were, they didn’t even have an ice machine.

I had an amazing stay so quiet, cozy and very comfortable. Cleanliness would have been excellent if not for the massive cobweb over the top of curtains I immediately seen in the shadows. No safety/handrails for bath which would have benefitted me positively but none the less thoroughly enjoyed my time in my room worth every penny Receptionist was lovely very pleasant man.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The room was in an appalling condition: heavily stained carpet, damp marks on the walls, hairs in the shower, mould beneath a cracked and leaking shower, a stained shower head, faecal staining in the toilet and dust on the light fittings. The air conditioning did not work, the curtains were hanging away from the wall, and there was no shampoo. Noise from the two bars below continued until approximately 3:30am, making sleep almost impossible. The lift was also filthy, with chips, discarded food and dirt across the floor. Most concerningly, I woke with an itchy rash across my arms and legs, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the bedding. The cause would require proper investigation, but the room should not be occupied again until it has been thoroughly inspected. The receptionist was unavailable for much of the evening and again when I checked out, so I had to write my comments inside the keycard holder and leave it on the desk. Completely unacceptable standards of cleanliness, maintenance and customer service. I have requested a full refund and could not recommend staying here.

Lovely, very helpful staff. Bathroom wasn't quite as clean as it might have been (a mould & mildew remover would fix that) but the room was spacious and super quiet. Excellent value for money.

The bar is closed and the restaurant is closed and I was told there is illegal immigrants staying there so they should not be renting out rooms to the public, that’s why the bar and restaurant is closed it’s a joke.

The room was very tired and in need of upgrading. Carpet in the room was filthy and the stairs were dirty and the carpet was lifting making it a trip hazard. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Certainly not at the standard that this hotel used to be.

It was a nice stay, however slight mix up at the desk, but quickly resolved. Room was nice and tidy, only one complain was there was a cigarette dout next to the kettle, however it was all clean, that was the only disappointment about the experience, so all in all a very nice stay.
