「The apartment was spacious and clean for our family of four. It was located just a couple of blocks away from the main square in old town Krakow. Lots of shopping and dining in the area. Staff was helpful in getting us oriented in locating grocery stores nearby on our first day. They even printed off boarding passes for us when our airline wanted hard copy boarding passes. Krakow is a beautiful city and I would definitely visit and stay at Ermine Suites again. 」

「We were booked into the hotel for a long weekend. The staff were very welcoming. We were on the top floor. Our room was small but had everything we needed including a kettle, coffee maker and a fridge. The bathroom was modern with a lovely big shower. We also had adequate storage space for our clothes. Breakfast in the morning was continental and there was a good variety of foods. At the weekend the hotel had a vodka tasting session in the evening at the reception area! They also had tea and...

「the hotel is located in a historical building which is close to old town, takes about 10 mins to get there. room is nice and clean, though the single roome could be a bit more spacious. breakfast is abundant. overall it was a very pleasant stay.
