"We stayed in apartment 13 which had a mezzanine bedroom and yes even though we had read the reviews about the stairs and they took the puff out of even the fittest it was a lovely stay. It was a lovely spacious apartment with a fridge and small hob. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and equipped with toiletries The air conditioning in the bedroom area was a huge bonus as we arrived during a particularly hot stay. Very conveniently located just off the main square. If you can I recommend spending some time exploring the side streets as there were some lovely little cafes, bars and restaurants and less touristy. Staff were very friendly and it was nice to have a 24/7 reception rather than the contactless check in that lots of places now offer. Plenty of communication before the trip, offered to book trips and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout. Definitely worth a visit"

"The hotel is in an excellent location and was really clean, the room was cleaned and restocked everyday we were there. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a selection of cold meat and cheese, they also had options for full hot breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport is very handy. Would stay again."

"The hotel is really modern and well equipped. The wifi is really not good if your room is in the 5th floor, the staff is nice but they don’t say hello. Also, the price of the Cena is absolutely not 39 zloty even if they wrote it. Two times my room has not been cleaned. Nice bed, good climatisation. Restaurant is okay but not exceptional."

"Great location, good quality room. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that, also didn’t eat at the Japanese themed restaurant but would have tried it if we stayed longer. Helpful info on check-in and city map explained. We had an accessible room which meant it was nice and big but the bathroom was a wet-room style and the shower water went onto most of the floor which isn’t very practical. Also no surfaces in the bathroom to put things on, so it had to be the floor which isn’t ideal. No surfaces near mirrors for hair and make-up, again not very practical. Lovely comfy beds with good quality linen. It’s near the main square so there will be noise, but nowhere near as much as some city centres. The lift needs to be activated with your room key which is a bit hit-and-miss, someone told us it was a new system so hopefully this will get sorted soon. Good environmental initiative to give the option to not have your room cleaned every day. The hotel is very clean and smells beautiful in the corridors. Can’t beat the location for walking everywhere, or if you need a tram they are a few mins walk away. The train and bus station is about 15-20 mins walk."
