「Very good hotel and great location」

「Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. 「The apartment was spacious and clean for our family of four. It was located just a couple of blocks away from the main square in old town Krakow. Lots of shopping and dining in the area. Staff was helpful in getting us oriented in locating grocery stores nearby on our first day. They even printed off boarding passes for us when our airline wanted hard copy boarding passes. Krakow is a beautiful city and I would definitely visit and stay at Ermine Suites again. 」
