「The room was super cozy and clean, recently renovated. The residence is near the city center, just 10 minutes with the tram. I especially loved the fact that in my room there was a spiral notebook with all the necessary information for my stay and suggestions for restaurants, pizzerias etc (I went to DaGrasso pizzeria in front of the residence and pizza was scrumptious). Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. If for any reason you need an elevator, there is none (as far as I know)....

「Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. Of all the European hotels...

「The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.」

「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty. They charge only 38 pln for breakfast, but I would rather pay 55 pln for a delicious one like I had in Warsaw. It is very simple breakfast, but coffee machine is...

「這間酒店不在古城區內，但由於我們是自駕遊，驅車前往也只在十分鐘內，亦算接近。最想一讚是酒店員工，全都十分殷勤有禮，也全靠前台職員主動提醒，我才知道要預早網上預約參觀納粹集中營，否則我可能因沒有預約而不能進去參觀。房間舒適整潔，早餐食物選擇多而味道不錯。以房間價格來衡量，這是超值之選。」
