We had a brilliant stay at this hotel! The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome! The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow. Excellent place to stay! It is located in walkable distance to many tourist’s attractions in Krakow (The Royal Castle Wawel, Market Square Sukiennice) and many, many others. It is very close to many stores and restaurants. Very clean and updated property with an excellent, very helpful and friendly staff team (most of them spoke very good English]. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Krakow (without breaking their budget) near major tourist’s attractions, restaurants and shops.
