「The staff were simply amazing! They did anything and everything to make sure our stay was good. The hotel is not really on the 2nd floor - there’s about 50+ stairs and when you have 100lbs of luggage that was tough. The breakfast next door was great and I once again can’t say enough about the staff! A boutique hotel is not really our thing, but they do a great job for those who like boutiques. VERY close to everything!」

The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. 「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty.
