「Great hotel a short 10 min walk from the main plaza. I travelled with my family and the room was comfortable and big enough for us all. They had a complementary water fill station with containers to bring to your room. The staff was attentive and helpful when we needed.」

「Beautiful hotel and brilliant location. Quiet at night but not far from the centre of things. Exceptionally clean. Loved the never ending water machine in reception which also did sparkling water. Breakfast exceedingly good. The only thing which let our room down was that the contents of the mini bar were not cold but the friendly reasonably priced bar more than made up for it.」

「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty. They charge only 38 pln for breakfast, but I would rather pay 55 pln for a delicious one like I had in Warsaw. It is very simple breakfast, but coffee machine is...

「Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

「Great location. Was a heatwave whilst here so useful to be able to pop back and spend an hour in the air conditioned room when it got too hot. We’re able to leave our bags and extend the key card to be able to come back and pick them up which was useful. Shower was fantastic. Room great. Beds comfy. Would use again.」
