This is a brilliant little hotel. You couldn't get any closer to the main square. Yes there are stairs and if you book you have to be aware, but totally worth it and the staff are lovely

The hotel was absolutely lovely. Although you do not interact with staff much, except for at check-in, they were very friendly. Cleanliness was great, as were the facilities. Location is excellent with lots of options for food and drinks. The only two minor issues were that taxi’s are unable to collect you from the hotel, having to park a street away for collection. Also; there is no lift and if you are on the very top floor (as we were) it’s three flights of stairs which can be pretty tiring after a full day.

We only stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay my knees didn't thank me for the stairs but if/when we return to Krakow we will stay there again the king size bed was the most comfortable on this 25 day trip!

The property was lovely, the staff were friendly, very professional and extremely helpful when it came to advice about tours and places to go, we stayed for only four days but would stay again should we return to poland, i cannot recommend this enough for people visiting krakow, the location is perfect, convenient for shops, restaurants and bars and just of the main square
