「The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent, as was the staff. The breakfast was very good, highly recommend the omelette. The fact you could hang the little bag on your bedroom door too, to prevent the cleaner changing your towles and bedsheets for economical benefits was a lovely touch. This also resulted in a little treat being left in the bag when we returned each day. Great hotel, great staff, and a beautiful city.」

「The hotel is new and everything is very clean. The location is perfect - near the old town and other tourist attractions. There is a lot of good restaurants and cafes on the same street where the hotel is located. Especially recommend a restaurant called Franca which is right next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! 」

「This hotel is a little gem. The rooms are well appointed and the staff helpful. The lobby bar is cozy and appealing. The location is incredibly close to the old city without being in the old city. The breakfast, which was included, was plentiful and delicious.」

「The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines.」
