The room was spotlessly clean and modern. The bed, was comfortable and huge in size. Very quiet and calm hotel. Staff at front desk were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good - lots of selection. Evening meal was again great.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable and felt fresh. The staff were a standout, incredibly polite, friendly and always welcoming with a smile. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay, which really elevated the experience. The only minor downside was on our first morning at breakfast. It was very busy, a bit chaotic and felt slightly overwhelming. That said, this was clearly due to the high volume of guests and not a reflection of the hotel or the staff. Everyone was doing their best and I don’t place any blame on the hotel or team at all. Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would happily return to and recommend to others.

Room was very clean, nice restaurant on ground floor. It is a Good 45 min walk from center, but there are many interesting shops and architecture along the way. I would look from weekly pass for the team- ask at front desk where to buy. Overall it was a beautiful area- many apartments do you’ll find people out walking in the evening.

Nice location! The park nearby was a good place to enjoy outdoor activities. Beds were comfortable. We were able to rest well before the long flight back to the US. The breakfast offerings were delicious, varied and plentiful!

The cleaning staff were excellent, replaced our towels and bottles of water every day without being asked to. All the staff from reception, bar staff and buffet were friendly and helpful. Choice of food at the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever experienced and there was plenty off it and as soon as one food was done it was replaced immediately.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming. There was no introduction to the hotel facilities or our room, and barely any interaction at all, it felt as if they wanted to send us away as quickly as possible. We had our first meal at the hotel restaurant, and while the food was not impressive and quite expensive compared to average city prices, the restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. Our first night’s sleep was horrible due to constant noise from the heating/air-conditioning system. We informed the front desk about this issue, but were told they could not help as the engineer was not in house. I then asked if earplugs could be provided as an alternative, since no solution or even an acknowledgment was offered, but the answer was no, and we were advised to buy them from a nearby store instead. Overall, the room is clean, thanks to housekeeping, who did a good job, and it is a good size. It also looks better than the photos online. However, if you are expecting Hyatt-level guest service, you will be disappointed.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Close to tram line. Handy for getting into Oldtown and Jewish district. Fab dinner. But expensive breakfast.

Beautiful castle

The place was the horse stables for the family it was quite nice comfortable beds no air conditioning & it was quite hot they did provide a fan but to stay in a historic place like that is priceless

Perfect place for our stay. Room was tidy and very clean and was well maintained by housekeeping throughout our 4 days here. Shower was great and bed extremely comfortable. The Hotel is only a 10 minute Bolt or Uber to the Old Town Centre so also in a very convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel with a few issues that could be fixed.

Nice enough overall. No vegan food in restaurant. Pillows dreadful. Rooms hot. Well equipped gym (probably the best Ive seen in a hotel), however one side of of the free weights rack totally locked so not able to alter the height-big safety issue (clearly not maintained).
