Thank you for a great stay, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pillow menu and worth the paying the extra for a larger room. Service was good, staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for ourselves, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants/bars were located.

Absolutely amazing 7night stay at The Crown Krakow Center. Every member of staff we encountered was very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast to start the day is fantastic with lots of choice on the continental breakfast and then you could order from cooked breakfast menu. Added bonus of the 3 tier stand with salad, meats, cheeses and fresh fruit which we very much enjoyed.

Lovely deco styled hotel hidden behind a discreet facade, the room was beautiful with a large shower. The breakfast was really good, with a hot option from the menu, a cheese, fruit and meat platter and a buffet. The reception staff were really helpful. Easy 20 min walk to the old town or trams are just outside, or an uber was only a couple of pounds. Great stay!
