「When we arrived we had a few issues with the house and pool. We addressed front desk and they went out of their way to make us very happy and made our trip even more enjoyable. Front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. The water park was fun for the kids, the house we had was great, had a full arcade and pool/hottub. About 25 min from the Disney parks. Great location and about 10 min to target, Walmart and Publix. If we were to go back to Orlando, we would most definitely go...

「The coffee pot was broke, we emailed about it and received a new one within a a few hours. The listing says water park access but you don’t get water park access. The dryer was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay. The company is very attentive to needs. I brought up something’s in the house that probably need evaluated and they said things need to be addressed at the beginning on the stay.
