"Big room. Excellent location. Some renovation work currently underway which didn't cause any issue. No outside space unless you want to frequent a very expensive bar and lobby has few facilities ( a key needs to be requested by hotel guests to use the toilets which i have never experienced before in a 5 star hotel!). Good choice for a stay in Hong Kong as very easy to get to MTR and major stations and a short walk to the harbour."

"Room was very nice. In room coffee bar was free the first time & there was charge after that, which is a bummer. We got to the hotel at around 3:00am due to flight delays & requested a late checkout but were only given an extra hour"
