"Room was nice and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my family and friends."

"An excellent stay, we were looking for a high end hotel that embraced its location (as we have been since we arrived in Hong Kong) and the Island Shangri-La did this far better than the Mandarin Oriental where we stayed last year. Two quibbles, the low lights that come on when you get out of bed in the night are hyper-sensitive and tend to turn themselves on frequently (or maybe I flail around too much), secondly being dropped off at the Pacific Place Office Towers there is little signposting to get to reception, other than that it was great.
