「This is my 2nd stay at Ramada Plaza hotel Istanbul city Centre during this 2-week trip in Istanbul. Unfortunately, this 2-night stay was not as satisfying as our first stay. There were 2 main issues: (1) water leaking out from the shower in our first night, resulting in quite a mess on the bathroom floor. We subsequently told the receptionist to have the technician to fix it on the second day. It was never fixed. Water continued to leak out on the second night. (2) Housekeeper did not...

「Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Sauber war es trotzdem. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß. Die Lage ist super. Wir hatten Blick auf den Bosporus. Das Personal ist klasse. Es wird ein Parkdienst angeboten. Soll nicht heißen, dass ihr Auto 100% geschützt ist. Wir haben im Nachgang festgestellt, dass es eine leichte Schramme gab.」
