Ko Naka Yai 5 Stars Hotels

"Room did not overlook the beach. This is not a beachfront hotel as stated and it should not be consider a 5 star hotel. Right outside the hotel lots of trash and areas under construction. Not a luxury area as stated. The only nice amenities were gym and pool . Not vibe, silent and quiet. Breakfast was average. Basic. Staff was kind and friendly, but not as a 5 start luxury hotel experience. Very disappointed. "

"Rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated with stunning views. Lots of breakfast choices. We didn’t have to wait long for transfers around the resort. Lots to do within the resort. Easy walk along the beach to a few other bars and restaurants. "

"Definitely not a 5-star experience - we were initially assigned a room with a strong smell of mould; though we did manage to change rooms. The rooms themselves were very much unpolished, there was a deep hole in the sofa, and the sofa itself was stained. The bathroom was unfinished, with sealant being poorly applied throughout the bathtub. We also used the gym, which was subpar by even 4 star standards! The breakfast was good, and the pool was also good."
