We had a wonderful stay at the Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach Hotel. The hotel is great — very, very family-friendly, and the staff are super nice. We especially loved the kids club, which provides supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12. It gave us parents a few hours of free time to enjoy the spa and relax on our own.
The food was good overall. We booked a half-board package that included one meal and four drinks per day, which was convenient. The only downside was the buffet at The Market — the food seemed quite stale, and there were flies flying around. Apart from the buffet, the other restaurant outlets served pretty good food.
Despite that, we really liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay. Would still recommend it for families!"
