「It's not enough lighting in the room. Too dark at night. If we have more options to control the level of lighting, it would be prefect. Feel uncomfortable for not enough lighting but except that, everything prefect, especially the breakfast 」

「There is no better place to stay in Kyoto. The location is SUPERB. The hotel is the most magical place. If all of that was not enough, Yuriko at the the concierge desk provides the most exceptional level of service I have ever encountered. Stay there just for the concierge services. Cannot say enough good things about this property, the entire staff is fantastic, but without a doubt, Yuriko takes the cake!」
