"The location is good and on the surface it appears to be a good hotel but it does not fall into the luxury category that it quantifies itself as. We have travelled a lot and have stayed in all categories of hotels, this is not on par with what they are selling. Housekeeping did a very poor job, leaving dirty dishes and garbage in our room, only bringing new towels, no other area was touched. There were several other items that weee not reflective of a hotel claiming to be luxury. I have worked in the industry and am a harsher critic than most, but their guest service and making the guest feel welcome needs vast improvement."

"The first room we had was dirty so they quickly changed us to a clean room. They are militant about taking your shoes off here, we loved the free dessert bar, but overall the hotel was absolutely packed with tourists and kind of crazy. The staff, however, went above and beyond to take care of every need we had. The rooms are small for us Americans but the bed was comfortable. "
