"Lovely old ryokan in the heart of nara. Housemaster was very kind and room had everything you needed. The little bath house was amazingly clean and well kept for such a small place. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit nara who wants an authentic japanese experience "

"Not only was the property clean, easy to locate, walkable and quiet but the lady who runs the hotel is an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast she made us was better than a lot of the food I was eating at restaurants. I would recommend this stay to anyone. "

"The property seems to be recently updated, it is modern, and clean. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...

"It feels like you are in the countryside…but a covered shopping street is only a five minute walk away.
Spacious accommodations, excellent staff; great food, a truly wonderful place.
Would return in an instant."

"Great Location close to Namba station, clean room, professional and very helpful staff, 24 hour front desk support, bathrooms have great water pressure and water temperature control. TV screen has a home page with a lot of useful information. Spa and great view from the 40th floor pool deck. When I come back to Osaka I plan to stay here again. "
"This location was so convenient and close to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly! Their additional perks were a huge bonus! Buffet, vending machines, coffee, laundry machines and luggage delivery. I would definitely stay here again when back in Osaka. Thank you for the wonderful service!"
"Had a great stay there! Even extended our original plan when we arrived. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Osaka with most places being a short walk away. The room was small but clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly "
