「Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby.」

「Love that there are slippers and bottled water but don’t like how there’s no toothbrush. The hair dryer is rather old and smells burnt (like it’s going to catch fire).」

「Great hotel in Mayfair. A must stay. Bartenders great. Doorman full of knowledge and smiles. Best pubs and restaurants around the corner. Will stay again soon. 」

「Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected」
