「I took my mum to London for 3 days. I live in Canada and have not been to London for a number of years. The hotel was one of the options I could get booking from Canada, and was the most expensive option of the few I shirt listed. I was so happy we picked this hotel! The staff were AMAZING. They loved asking us where we had been and always made sure we knew where we were going and knew our tube route for the day. They really made my older mum feel very special and fussed over her bag carrying...

「Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby.」

「Love that there are slippers and bottled water but don’t like how there’s no toothbrush. The hair dryer is rather old and smells burnt (like it’s going to catch fire).」

「It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining and site seeing tours. Room very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Gym is new (didn't have a choice to use it). The Dandy Bar was good as well. 」

「Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected」
