「A few things were annoying-shampoo & conditioner bottles were impossible to open on 2 mornings. I finally succeeded by immersing them in a cup of boiling water! And paying £4 for a bowl of porridge with blueberries is impossible to understand when the other cereals are included in the breakfast menu!」

「The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.」

Rene og fine rom, meget vennlig betjening ved frokost. Treningsrom og spa , var delikat .Alke var veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet på hotellet, og kommer gjerne tilbake :)」

「I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.」
