Wictoria at the front desk was excellent. She greeted us every morning with a bright smile, and always asked how our day was and what our plans were. She always asked if we needed anything, and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my birthday! Love the location of this hotel, in the heart of SOHO. Walking distance to many train stations, and all kinds of great food options. The rooms have central air, coffee maker, tea kettle, tons of towels and toiletries for the duration of your stay. They also have an elevator! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were welcomed with a glass of prosseco and very lovely staff. On our day of departure we were offered umbrellas. Maybe update website to tell customers the wellbeing centre was closed as we took costumes unnecessarily. Room was lovely and had all we wanted. Lovely room. Good size. Ideal for Les Miserables at the Sondheim Theatre as only a couple of minutes walk away. Also across the road from Chinatown, and close to Leicester Square.
