「Friendly front desk staffs, although the check-in took longer than expected. The hotel uses whatsapp to make notifications and ask questions, which I found very convenient as they reply very quickly. Location is conveniently located to the beach across the street, and stores and restaurants all around. 」

Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced...
