「My home away from home when I am in Da Nang! It was my second time staying there and it won't be my last!」

「Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time...

「This place is awesome and close by the beach within a minute to two walk only. The staff was super friendly and always keep the house clean everyday with fresh new towels and blankets. Xuân, who greeted us when we arrived there. Was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful through-out our stay there with all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If you need a spot to stay in Da Nang, book this spot.」

「Lovely place and all the staff I met along the way were very friendly and hospitable. Very clean and tidy facility so I was very comfortable. Nice touch with aromatherapy. Great location to food and spas just across the street. Will definitely return as it’s very clean and I never had to ask for anything when the room is well stock with amenities. 」

「Very friendly and helpful host. Washing machine was not working , but the staff offered to do the laundry for us. Quick response to the questions as well. Our stayed was very pleasant. Th3 beach is across the road. We are able to catch sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Highly recommended.」
