"I requested riverview through e mail in advance but was not. When I checked in I was so tired after 36 hrs flight fom USA, didn't pay attention before signing. So when I entered the room it was city and construction view,made me so disappointed . Room table had some spots we cleaned. Breaskfast was soso. I don't think want to come back here again."

"Highly recommend Haian Beach Hotel for your stay in Da Nang! Arrived earlier than expected and Reception staff were excellent in accommodating my needs. Had a great room looking over the beach - spacious, tidy, well-kept, well-equipped. Quiet and undisturbed by any noises from the hallways Staff were also excellent in offering service throughout the stay. Breakfast had a great range and provided a great start to the day Very convenient location - walking distance from a number of coffee shops and well-known restaurants. Easy access via Grab or on foot. Obviously literally across the street from the beach, and the hotel provides towels on request to take to the beach Very pleased with how everything went here, and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere convenient to stay downtown"

"Our room was clean and welcoming. We were welcomed with fresh roses on our bed and a plate of fresh fruit. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great food options. "

"The hotel is really lovely and we had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The air con in the rooms was excellent although it would be great if the hall ways and lobby also had great aircon, these areas can still feel alittle humid and warm. The breakfast had a great selection and was good quality, the staff at breakfast are really helpful. The pool area is very nice but maybe not as large as it appears in the images and does get very busy so getting a spot to sunbath is difficult. The hotel will on your luggage if you check in early and your room is not ready. Likewise when you check out. The luggage seemed secure although we would have preferred it in a secure room rather than just put to the side in the lobby. Overall a few small points aside I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. It is also in a good spot for the beach and restaurants. "

"From arrival the staff we're welcoming and kind, the room was always cleaned well, the breakfast was always good. Location was perfect for the beach and close to restaurants and shops as well as good for trip pickups. Also the view from the bar and pool is amazing. Would definitely recommend to all to stay here. Respect to the cleaners, catering staff, reception & concierge and all the staff who make the place what it is."
