Wonderful resort in a quiet and a little outside location. Danang and HoiAn are very easy to reach within 20mins using local rideShare. Very popular with couples and families alike. Great food and spectacular breakfast buffet!

Beautiful hotel, lovely pools, fantastic breakfast. Nice to spend a few days relaxing after a busy holiday. Nothing around the hotel so forces you to just relax and use the amenities.

My family had a truly great stay! Located between Da Nang and Hoi An, this newly opened 5-star hotel was spotless, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind. From the moment I checked in, I felt genuinely welcomed, and their thoughtful service throughout my stay made it a very relaxing experience. Breakfast was also excellent. I especially appreciated the staff member who carefully prepared pho—my mother was very happy with the entire service. The swimming pool was spacious and well-zoned, making it perfect for both family fun and quiet time alone. It also connects directly to the beach, so I enjoyed taking peaceful walks by the sea. The hotel’s location was ideal—right between Da Nang city and Hoi An—making it easy to explore both areas. Part of me wants to keep this hotel a hidden gem, but the quality is so impressive that I hope more people get to discover it. If I return to Da Nang, I’ll definitely stay here again

It’s a very clean property. Friendly staffs. Far from other places so ready to get a Grab or some other transportation at your own cost. Loved the kids area and the sand box of which my 2 year old son enjoyed. It’s a true 5 star resort. There were a few communication issues due to language barrier but they all made efforts to assist. One more merit at this place is a great turn down service. I wanted to do a stand up paddle board which was included in the stays but they were all broken so only the kayak was available at that time.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, due to the large waves, it is not possible to swim in the sea. The overall English communication skills of the hotel staff are not great, but the service is good, and the environment is clean. It's a bit far from the city center, taking approximately half an hour by taxi to reach Hoi An Ancient Town. Overall, the experience was decent.

poorly managed five-star property

Pros: Good between Hoi An and Da Nang Cons: 1) Rooms - no ventilation system, no door separating toilet and room so smell is trapped in the small room. Felt uncomfortable if you're traveling with friends or your siblings. Fridge is not cold despite trying to adjust the temperature 2) Charged on tiny things such as beach chair/tents by the swimming pool, only 2 or 3 star would charge on small things to optimize revenue to make up for cheap rate. 3) Breakfast was among the worst, no diversity, same food for 3 days, sad looking Mi Quang - one quail egg, one piece of pork belly fat and one tiny frozen shrimp with bland broth 4) Staff not operationally ready - 30 minutes late to scheduled beach kayaking without apology and even asked guests to carry the big canoe when we were waiting for 30 minutes. 5) Chaotic breakfast, no host to seat the guests so anyone could just enter and had breakfast. 6) No netflix, no HDMI cable, no chromecast and Shilla is under the Samsung empire, how ironic. In the end, i would never return and recommend to anyone. I regretted trying out new brands when should have just stick with professionally hotel management company.

Recommend for big group. Hard to recommend for couple and family. Shilla is one of the high end hotel in Korea, but I think not in Vietnam Danang. There were big group about 200 people of guests from Korean Company but the hotel haven't inform me before my staying. They had loud event with drinking by 10pm at whole private beach.Hard to sleep well.Couldn't go to beach.Hard to explain to my kids what happened. In the morning, the hotel arranged same place for the breakfast with the group, so it was really crowded. If the hotel had informed me about big group, I never choose this hotel. The only printed letter in front of my door was all for hotel's excused me. For kids place called Mini Monogram, there is good inside place but that's it.Just provide some paint, no special program for kids. Staffs looks not professional. I reserved my seat for dinner but the staff even didn't know about my reservation. I requested extension 30 minutes late check out but the staff said it is very special case so she needed to double check. Thet were working.No friendly, no flexibility for any request at all. I haven't complain about big group during my stay because I didn't want mess my vacation.But I have to tell you that I was really disappointed all of service. I am really big fan of Shilla but not sure if I will revisit here. Great points are reasonable price for staying, dinner. Clean facilities. All is new. Many Korean guest.

작년에 아이와 방문했다가 너무 만족해서 올해 부모님 모시고 다시 방문했습니다. 작년과 같이 너무 좋았지만 저녁식사에대한 선택권 부족이조금 흠이 입니다. 그외에는 너무 좋았습니다. 내년에또 방문할수도 있겠네요.
