We stayed in a joining room as a family of five. The staff are very helpful and friendly and any issue we bought up was discussed and resolved or taken on board. It’s very easy to get a grab car or just leave the hotel and walk around. Breakfast was fine. The gym is very small - best for only one or two people. My children enjoyed the pool.

Excellent people at front desk!

Excellent service at all levels from day 1. Extremely kind, patient, helpful, friendly, and wonderful people working here from the front desk to housekeeping. Special mention to the amazing ladies on the front desk: Ms. Dzung, Ms. Sa, Ms. Thuy and Ms. Kim. They were all incredible (Sa was so sweet) and so dedicated and willing to help having a positive experience in the hotel and in this lovely town, that it was really impressive. They are ready for any questions and provided excellence in anything needed to make your stay above and beyond any expectations. The location of the property is very convenient and the price really competitive and affordable. I would give them 10 ⭐️ stars over 5 ⭐️. Totally recommended. They also have an amazing spa and massage service that was wonderful. All very clean and comfortable.

Overall, it was a very nice experience. Need to replace their bicycles with new ones or keep them better maintained. Staffs were attentive, but a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor were missing.

Our room got upgraded when we checked in which was a great bonus. Room was spacious, air conditioning worked well which was necessary as it had been very hot in Hoi An when we visited. Staff were generally nice and welcoming. Location of hotel was a bit far from Ancient Town (1km) so it was not as convenient. The hotel does offer free bikes which we tried on the first day but felt the bikes were a bit wobbly and the weather was really hot to do so. It could just get a bit tricky sharing the road with lots of other motorcycles and cars. Walking was a bit far as well. I suspect that if you visit during the cooler times of the year, this would not be an issue. However, we used Grab services during our stay which were super convenient and took 5-10 minutes to get to Ancient Town and was super cheap (~22k VND one way). Also some nice and cheap cafes/restaurants nearby which were handy if we didn't feel like going to Ancient Town for a meal. Breakfast buffet was good. The rooms had a fridge and they provided beer, soft drinks and water there but we didn't realise that these weren't free. Although they provided free bottled water each day.

Clean, Cool & Comfortable

Check in was efficient. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Our triple room was spacious. Bathroom was huge! Room was cool with both the aircon and ceiling fan. Bed was too soft for my comfort tho’. Breakfast served was fabulous with lots of choices. Bicycles, that were rather well taken care of, were provided free of charge. Old town is abt 15mins Walk. A very good spa place, White Orchids Spa, is just around the corner (3 mins walk). Very happy with our stay at Golden Holidays.

가성비 좋았습니다 저렴한 가격에 조식도 정말 맛있었고 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨어요 에어컨이 몇시간을 켜야 좀 시원해지고 미니바 냉장고가 안시원한게 제일 아쉬웠어요ㅜㅜ 새벽에 차가운 물을 마시고 싶었는데 냉장고가 안시원해져서 그게 제일 아쉬웠고 조용하고 깨끗하고 위치도 올드타운이랑1.5키로 안방비치랑 3키로정도라 이동하기도 좋았습니다 만약 올드타운이랑 너무 가까웠다면 시끄러웠을텐데 위치가 조금 떨어져 있어서 오히려 조용하고 좋았습니다 또 가고싶네요^^ 조식포함에 이 가격이라니 말도 안되네요 조식에 요거트 진짜 정말 너무 맛있었어요

Bon hôtel, personnel accueillant !

Hôtel bien décoré, personnel accueillant et agréable, plutôt proche du vieux centre historique de Hoi An. Accueillis avec un jus de pastèque bien frais, le portier nous débarrasse de nos bagages puis le check-in effectué nous quittons le hall d'entrée climatisé et bien décoré, pour l'un des 2 ascenseurs nous menant aux étages, direction le 6ème ! Ça sent la poussière... Pas grave, c'est le cas de beaucoup d'ascenseur au Vietnam. Arrivés dans la chambre, belle surprise, celle-ci est spacieuse et aussi bien décorée que le reste, dans les tons de bleu et de bois foncé. Un grand lit confortable et une clim qui fonctionne bien, la base est là ! Mais en plus il y a une bouilloire avec cafés, thés, eau, bonbons et chips offerts, un mini-bar, un coffre... peignoirs, nécessaire de toilette, sèche-cheveux bref, tout ce qu'il faut. Allez, direction la piscine ! En passant nous déposons nos vêtements à faire laver à l'accueil, 47 000 VND/1kg pour un retrait en 24h... quasiment imbattable ! La piscine n'est pas énorme mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir, douches d'extérieur et mini salle de fitness vitrée. Le problème c'est qu'elle est déjà quasiment entièrement à l'ombre. Il ne reste autour qu'un bandeau de soleil pour 5 transats tout au plus... Donc attention, premier arrivé, premier servi ! Par contre une fois posé, le soleil est présent jusqu'au couché. Et pour la modique somme de 285 000/heure dongs madame prend le temps de se faire masser. Pourquoi s'en priver ?!
