Hotel employees are very friendly and is always trying to give a helping hand. I also like the atmosphere of this place, and is pleased with the view of the infinity pool. "Great Hotel with great staff. Sea view room was the best. Minimal English spoken by all. We were on level 23. The daily cleaners looking after this level weren't the best as I dont think our room was vaccummed once in the 10 days we were their but other than the above I can't fault it."
