"We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were incredibly friendly, the buffet breakfast was an easy 10/10, the amenities were excellent, and our room with its beautiful beach view was stunning. The reason for my 4-star review comes down to two things. Firstly, the elevators were extremely slow. We regularly waited over 10 minutes just to reach the 8th floor and even had to use the stairs twice. For a 36-floor hotel with four lifts, this was disappointing. Secondly, housekeeping was often very late. We’d leave the room around 7–8 am and return after 4:30 pm to find it still hadn’t been serviced. Aside from these two issues, everything else was fantastic. With improvements to the lifts and housekeeping timing, this would easily be a 5-star hotel."

"Room was super clean, tended every day, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing-so many options. The desk staff and everyone else were stellar from the moment I checked it. The location was perfect-the beach boardwalk was just across the street and was enjoyed every day for a morning walk. The energy of the city was amazing, so relaxing. I loved the city and the location of the hotel. It was so easy to step from one positive and relaxing atmosphere to the next. I will definitely stay here on my next visit!"
