The hotel was really good. The breakfast was really bad. Not at all tasty and the indian cuisine options weew not indian at all. If you really want to put india , please hire a indian chef, else a lot of indians will go away

The room, location, condition are all amazing. Except at checkout staff tried to charge us $116,000 VDN for a missing face towel!! First of all, at the last cleaning they never provided the face towels. secondly, at least find something more substantial to accuse us of stealing rather than a 5x5 face towel. Thirdly. A face towel is maximum around $1 not $5!!! Lastly to the Management, it is a disgrace and pure embarrassment that a hotel of this caliber is looking to Nickel and dime guests for a face towel Please re-evaluate your policies as this won’t fly with your higher-end luxury travelers from the U.S at all!

The beach is in front of the hotel. The location is also convenient for sightseeing in Da Nang and Hoi An. Note that the bar at the highest floor is a talking bar with Korean girls.

I love the Grand Tourane. We stayed here last year as well. It has an amazing breakfast, staff are great, the swimming pool is amazing! We would have stayed longer but it was booked. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Good Hotel - Excellent Views

It's a nice hotel overall but not as luxurious as I expected. The hotel is a bit older but the room and pool were sufficiently clean and comfortable. The ocean views were fantastic and the convenient walk across to the beach was a huge plus.
