Staff at Maximilan are exceptional. Ms. Kieu Anh was amazing attentive to all of our needs. Because of her this property should be 5 star plus. Call out to all the hostesses at breakfast for their friendliness and exceptional service. Great location for beach cafes and restaurants.

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The view from the pool is epic. I enjoyed the morning breakfast as well. I found all the staff very approachable and friendly. In particular, Ms Kieu Anh, was very professional and took the time and effort to help on all occasions. I am grateful for the hospitality shown by Ms Kue Anh and staff. I stayed at the hotel from March 20 to 23 along with daily breakfast, on these days dining in the hotel restaurant In the morning although breakfast was very busy. but a female staff Ms. GIANG impressed me she was friendly helpful with excellent service It also made me have a good impression of the hotel and Oyster Harbor this place The hotel has such a service performance of excellent employees is really rare so reflect to the hotel in recognition of its excellent service performance.

Good hotel for me

I felt room is clean. And I feel room condition very good. If you use laundry bag, spares are not provided.I have to tell lobby to pick up new laundry bag. Noise is very loud at night … because it is beach side. But I hope to stay there again. Breakfast, room condition and cost performance are good.

Staff was nice, breakfast was great. A little loud at night because of the clubs on the beach, but not too loud. We did end up losing a wash cloth we used on an excursion. They ended up charging us $2 for it no big deal, but since they decided to charge us for that they missed out on the $5 tip we give the front desk.

View was great. Service is great too. Overall the hotel is pretty good in all aspects. Just that the air conditioning is not cold at all. The experience will be much better if the air conditioning is cold enough. Temperature of the air conditioning is set at 16 to 20 degrees throughout because no matter how we adjusted the controller, it still feels like 25 degrees in general. The control to the air conditioning did not affect the room temperature at all. it feels like its a fixed controlled temperature through out the whole building itself. Can be exceptionally hot in summer when you just have a fun day at the beach under the hot sun.

Booked a seaview room #1705 and it was amazing view to wake up. Aircon is cool but WiFi not very fast and hot shower pressure is moderate. Also didn't like the in room REUSABLE slippers and preferred to have disposable slippers for hygiene. Only managed to wake up for breakfast on last day and it was a good spread. Hotel location is good for seafood dining but only a few cafes for brunch.
