"The location offered beautiful beach views and amazing restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the construction was a nightmare. Work started extremely early—sometimes as early as 4:30 a.m.—and continued late into the evening. It also obstructed the beach view. Had we been warned in advance, I definitely would have chosen a different location. The other issue was housekeeping. We had to ask several times for the room to be cleaned, and on one day, no one came at all. Overall, the lack of communication about the construction and the inconsistent cleaning service were the disappointing factors."

"I liked the location and the breakfast buffets. My only issue is how hot the air conditioning is. I had asked for the air conditioner to be adjusted with the front desk staff on the first floor but nothing was done. My sister who stayed in a different room also asked the staff TWICE to help with the cooling in her room but the staff did nothing. Every morning I was waking up in a sweat and it was a terrible start to each day. I would not recommend this hotel due to the staff's ignorance and the controls they had in place to not allow customers to choose their level of comfort for cooling. I had paid extra for the premier services with the lounge (the lounge staff was good) but even with paying a higher fee, the room was so uncomfortable with how hot it was."

"I travelled with my wife and we both enjoyed our time at Four Points. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, with beach access right across the road in front. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. We had a beach view and it was very nice. Many amenities were with in walking distance and getting a Grab was easy. I would book here again."

"My husband booked the romantic beach dinner for 2 people for my 50th bday... we can’t brag enough, compliments to the chef, all staff, service & organisation as it was wonderful. All the food was outstanding, the extras, wine, roses & capturing our night with photos/recordings. Thank you to our personal waitress “Nghia” who made the night exceptionally special with her warmth, great personality, service & her English speaking skills. We loved everything- thank you! Hotel is exceptional for singles, couples & families. Pool area is amazing. The only downside to the hotel & improvement which could be worked on is the poolside service (no-one comes around to ask if you would like drinks & the level of English spoken is quite low)."
