"Room was clean, well-sized. Breakfast bar had a great selection of average quality. Great amenities within room, including a washer/dryer and kitchenette. A great city view on the 15th floor. Spacious bath and shower, with excellent shower head. No hooks in the room for towels. "

"This hotel is not recommended for elderly and disabled guests with unusual high step (two feet) to the bathroom! The room shown on the advertisement online is not typical one that offerred on Hotels.com. Most of the staff are very helpful, a couple was difficult to deal with. A request to clean room at certain time did not work! The policy of late check out is too rigid and not accommodating guests whose flight leave late at night. A six hour paid per room for late check out would be better policy instead of the current late check out up to 2 pm only and charge per person (not per room?) per hour. The self coin laundromat and cloak room for temporary luggages storage are convenient. The personal cooling and heating system and air purifyer are not explained well at check in. The English leaflets should be left attached to each device in the room. The room is kept clean. Breakfast is sufficient and crowded with confusing, disorderly at time especially on the 25 Floor!"
