Our room was a great fit for our family of 5. Clean, more spacious than anticipated and well equipped. Loved having a kitchen to work with, washer/dryer and close to train stations/site-seeing. The staff was very friendly and would suggest this location to anyone looking to stay in Ueno.

Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need

I had a great stay at Premium Apart MONday Ginza EAST! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
My flight ended up being delayed, and I needed to extend my check-out time at the last minute. Even though there was an additional cost, the process was so easy and smooth, which I really appreciated, especially during an already stressful travel day.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and really appreciated how accommodating and kind the staff were. I would definitely stay here again!
