"No fuss, great hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and both shower/bath facilities. Really enjoyed the pajamas and toiletries that were free to guests. The surrounding area is quiet, with a lot of business buildings, which was nice at the end of the day after a lot of stimulation. Only 10 minutes to a train station. Would stay again. "

"Room was small but extremely comfortable. Pajamas were provided as well as basic toiletries. I loved the all white bedding as you always know it’s clean. Bed was too firm for my liking but that’s just personal preference."

"Rooms were typically small but functional. Virtually no room for my large luggage and the bathroom was small. Room was just very tight, but it is adequate for one person. It would be hard to fit two people comfortably in the room. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It's in a great area that has restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. The bus and subway station was a 2 minutes walk away. The only confusion we had in the first day or two was their air-conditioning system. They sent us a notice that the room air conditioning was part of the central system and that we couldn't control it in each room, but that wasn't true. After the 2nd day we found that we could control our room air conditioning system,and so we were able to set the temperature to our liking at night when we returned from our outings. There were other on-site amenities like public baths and coin laundry machines, but we did not use them. "

"Family of 4 with two elementary aged kids- the room had a king size bed and two smaller mattresses at the large window seats that the kids fit perfectly in. Views of Tokyo were incredible! Very modern and comfortable, extremely clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. Do not miss the breakfast buffet- best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had! Location was great- the park close by was a nice mini escape from the hustle and bustle, subway station on the corner, and close to the center of Shinjuku. Hotel gym was top tier. Dining options in the hotel were a major plus!"
