「Room is good so as the services. Location is pretty good as well (yet just a reminder that there will be a uphill slope from the JR station to the hotel, so better go there by Cab if you are visiting w a lot of baggage.)」

「I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest. But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness. From laying our your warm ski boots out in the morning before you set off for the day, to welcoming you home after the day with your warm dry boots...

「房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。」

「並沒有覺得早餐有什麼特別之處，咖啡跟歐洲旅行時入住的酒店的比較實在不行，第一天我告知廚師要一個半熟但是有點焦的荷包蛋，他給我一個全白，但是全熟的荷包蛋，第二天我乾脆給廚師看照片，他給我一個蛋黃又是全熟，蛋白更白的荷包蛋。 我們常住5星級酒店，大倉的早餐一般般，沒什麼驚豔之處。 其他部分滿足5星級酒店的要求。」

「服務人員都很專業親切英文流利。希望早餐部份質感能再上一層樓。小問題，牙刷硬了些。」
