"Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day."

"Opened door to cigarette smell and had two in our party with asthma. Our wrist bands were not in the unit when we arrived and after repeated follow up they were finally provided the next day after 11 am. We missed being able to make use of the amenities until then. Beds were uncomfortable. Bugs and roaches in the master area. Outside was nice with a small green area behind us but I noticed a small rv in the back that people were staying in. Upon departure we placed golf cart keys in lockbox...
