「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「We had a very enjoyable five days here with comfortable rooms. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and warm. Especially on the first day of arrival, we encountered some car rental issues. Even though it was quite late, the front desk staff remained very patient, helping me resolve the problem and contacting the car rental company. I am truly grateful for their assistance.」

「Location is the biggest PLUS for this hotel. Close to the beach just with your beach towel and walk across the street and you will arrive NICE beach. 「On arrival there was a problem with my room but the girl on front desk quickly changed my room to one that was perfectly acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very good and the view from the balcony was lovely.
