「Where do I begin? No breakfast. Coffee was available but no creamer, sugar and Splenda only. NO hair dryer! Pool area was a shambles— Parts roped off. I had to ask twice to have gum removed from the baby pool swimming area where my grandchildren played. I had to ask for the pool deck to be cleaned of crumbs all over the floor. Staff was completely unapologetic as to the short comings of the property.」

「I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution. 「The only perk of this hotel was the location. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We ordered room service and were told they just ignored our order after an hour later and us calling down. AC wasn’t working in our room and told that it won’t go past 75 degrees in any room so there was no solution. Horrible stay especially for the cost.」
